Can a transcript be subpoenaed from SafeScriber?
We can't produce what we don't have. Audio is deleted immediately and transcripts aren't stored on our servers. Copies you save on your own devices are yours to protect.
Does it work with phone-call recordings?
Yes, if you have the audio file. Phone audio is lower fidelity, so expect to correct a few more names and terms.
What recording quality do I need?
Any recording where you can clearly hear the speakers. A phone placed near the interviewee usually beats a laptop microphone across the room.
How far do minutes go?
A one-hour interview uses about 60 minutes, so the $4.99 Starter bundle covers 100 minutes of interviews.
How much does it cost?
